Handmade from a cotton table cloth, this one of a kind top features windmill and floral designs. The fabric is super soft and deserved to be made into something more than a tablecloth! A perfect fall piece to pair with a skirt and boots or jeans.
Handmade items made from rescued textiles can sometimes have flaws in the fabric. Tiny holes or stains from previous use. I repair the holes where I can and try to cut the pattern pieces to avoid larger stains. I believe these items should still be used instead of ending up in the landfill, but it means some of the clothing items I make have tiny stains or repaired holes, which are hardly noticeable. I like to think of them as extra character.
